Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements:

  • Must be knowledgeable in the areas of Electrical and Mechanical maintenance, hydraulics and pneumatics.

  • Must have the ability to systematically solve problems experience with industrial preventative maintenance, AC/DC motors

  • Must respond to system emergencies

  • Must adhere to strict preventative maintenance schedule

  • Must have the knowledge and hands-on experience in repairing systems such as drive trains, hydraulics and coolant

  • Perform routine minor maintenance including filter replacements, oil changes, media changeouts, minor valve repairs and inspections

  • Must follow company safety policies and  procedures.

  • Must be a self-starter capable of working independently or as a team member

  • Must be able to prioritize workload based on production needs

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

  • Must wear all necessary personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including; fire retardant clothing and safety harness

  • Experience with troubleshoot, repair, perform predictive and preventive maintenance on high speed production equipment

  • Must troubleshoot equipment in the field that fails to start/stop

  • Must be able to diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs on all types of company vehicles including cars, trucks and equipment

  • Candidates must be able to perform heavy manual labor (push, pull and lift 45-60 Ibs.), extensive walking, climbing and standing, driving, and working in /on /under /on top of all types of company vehicles/equipment

  • Valid Driver's License Required

Experience & Qualifications:

  • High School/Trade school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience in industrial maintenance preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years Electrical/Mechanical experience or equivalent combination of related experience and education required.

  • An electrical/mechanical background in an industrial setting

  • Be familiar with 110/220/480v power

  • Applicants for this posting must possess before hiring: Certifications in Engine Repair, Electrical and Brakes (or equivalent industry and/or major manufacturer's certifications)
