Superior Concrete is currently looking for an experienced, responsible, and dependable Administrative and Finance Officer with a strong work ethic to join our team. Knowledge of Construction and or concrete is a plus but not a prerequisite.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements:

  • QuickBooks Accounting & Data Entry

  • Processing payments

  • Billing/invoices

  • Income, and receipts

  • Monthly bank reconciliations

  • Organizing/scheduling meetings

  • Preparing weekly Employee payroll

  • Prepare all weekly/quarterly reporting and taxes

  • Ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Work with our CPA’s

  • Manage/collect all vendor and subcontractor information

  • Assist with compiling and maintaining project documents

  • Assist Operations Principals with preparations and transmissions of work agreements & COIs

  • Develop, implement and maintain processes and controls that suit best practices related to day-to-day transactions.

  • Follow up with Clients with calling or Email

  • Creating quotations and liaising with clients

  • Material Purchasing and Solicitation

  • Audits

  • Applications (Insurance, Credit, Licenses, etc.)

  • Maintaining and Organizing files

  • Office stock

  • Answering phones & taking messages

  • Tracking vacation & sick time for all employees

  • Strong Time Management, Organizational, and Prioritization Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of the MS office programs, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook.

  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize needs

  • Experience with QuickBooks

  • Neat Organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving

  • Understanding of the construction industry and processes are beneficial- including codes, AIA documentation, and safety regulations

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Office management: 5 years (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
