Superior Concrete is currently looking for an experienced, responsible, and dependable Administrative and Finance Officer with a strong work ethic to join our team. Knowledge of Construction and or concrete is a plus but not a prerequisite.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements:
QuickBooks Accounting & Data Entry
Processing payments
Billing/invoices
Income, and receipts
Monthly bank reconciliations
Organizing/scheduling meetings
Preparing weekly Employee payroll
Prepare all weekly/quarterly reporting and taxes
Ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Work with our CPA’s
Manage/collect all vendor and subcontractor information
Assist with compiling and maintaining project documents
Assist Operations Principals with preparations and transmissions of work agreements & COIs
Develop, implement and maintain processes and controls that suit best practices related to day-to-day transactions.
Follow up with Clients with calling or Email
Creating quotations and liaising with clients
Material Purchasing and Solicitation
Audits
Applications (Insurance, Credit, Licenses, etc.)
Maintaining and Organizing files
Office stock
Answering phones & taking messages
Tracking vacation & sick time for all employees
Strong Time Management, Organizational, and Prioritization Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of the MS office programs, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook.
Ability to multi-task & prioritize needs
Experience with QuickBooks
Neat Organizational skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving
Understanding of the construction industry and processes are beneficial- including codes, AIA documentation, and safety regulations
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience & Qualifications:
Office management: 5 years (Preferred)
Bachelor's (Preferred)
